EPC Lite

Our EPC Lite service is the ideal solution for developers, funders and principle contractors seeking a streamlined delivery model with trusted components and expert construction support. Through our strong partnership with Solar Mounting, we engineer and supply the full mounting frame system and take responsibility for the complete mechanical build — including the installation of the solar panels. This model provides cost efficiency and speed with no split liabilities across multiple contractors and suppliers, while still ensuring quality workmanship and reliable equipment from vetted partners.

EPC Lite Plus

Building on the foundation of EPC Lite, our EPC Lite Plus service includes all mechanical works along with full DC installation. This means Alt Group also carries out DC stringing, inverter installation, termination of DC into the inverters, and AC connection from the inverters to the local AC isolation. It’s a flexible model that offers developers greater technical assurance and reduces interface risk, with more of the critical installation work delivered directly by our experienced in-house team.

Full EPC

For full project peace of mind, our Full EPC service provides end-to-end delivery from initial pre construction services through to COD, Preliminary Acceptance (PAC) and finally to Final Acceptance (FAC). Ultimately Alt Group manages the entire engineering, procurement, and construction process — including commissioning, testing, and handover. This fully wrapped solution ensures total accountability, reduction in the layers of supplier and contractor margins and a single point of contact throughout, giving main contractors, developers and funders confidence that their project is in safe, capable hands from start to finish.
